Gyakuten Live! v2.3.0 - Spanish translation

- Birth of a Turnabout has been translated to Spanish. Credit goes to Annoying Raven and ItnasFire for translations, and Erenaroonie! for voices.

- Modifications to menus to streamline the language choices. Now you can no longer enter a chapter when it hasn't been translated; before it would have led to the English version with random bits of the other language.

- Added the title cover image to the "press any key" screen.

- Added a donor
