v2.1.0 - Fullscreen and stuff

- The intro cutscenes are now in webm format which allows them to play smoother.

- Because the intro cutscenes are now webm and load SUPER fast, starting an episode now plays a cool animation!!! (can be skipped)

- Added a second page to the options (only accessible through the menu) that allows you to choose a screen resolution and make it fullsize

- Apparently, in Episode 2, I repeatedly said "clubroom" when I actually meant "printing room" or "practice room". I skimmed the episode and corrected the mistakes (there were eight)

- Added donors

- Made the third cross examination on Trial Day 1, Part 1 a little easier by providing a more helpful hint

- Slight writing changes to some explanations more clear

- Fixed a bug where "CTRL to skip" could not be changed with keyboard inputs
