v1.2.0 aka "Stills" update

- Volume is now at 50% on first load instead of 100%.

- Fixed an issue where music doesn't play during a cross-examination if certain things are done on the second testimony of case 1, part 1.

- Minor textbox color fixing.

- Added more donors.

- Added new stills to case 1.

- Minor rewrites to accompany new stills.

- Fixed graphical error on Kanata's panic sprites (the upper edge of the pillow was white instead of purple)

- Added an "incorrect" dialogue branch when presenting the Shirakawa for a certain scene

- Added the cover image for case 2!
